INSPECTION POLICY

  1. Definition: Physical inspection of the received products against the confirmed order.
  2. Timing: Customers may co-inspect at the time of delivery or within 30 minutes of receipt.
  3. Requirement: We strongly encourage customers to record a video of the unboxing process to serve as a basis for resolving any future complaints.
  4. Scope: Check quantity and models. Note: Do not break the security seal or use the product if you intend to return it.
