SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Methods

  • In-store pickup.
  • Nationwide shipping within Vietnam.
  • International shipping via professional global carriers.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Ho Chi Minh City: 1 – 2 working days.
  • Other regions in Vietnam: 2 – 5 working days.
  • International Orders: 3 – 10 days (Air Freight) or 20 – 40 days (Sea Freight). (Note: Times exclude holidays/Tet and may vary based on actual transit conditions).

3. Documentation and Transport Responsibilities

  • For the Seller: Provide full invoices and valid documents accompanying the goods.
  • For the Carrier: Deliver goods under the "intact seal" principle; ensure safety; provide documentation to authorities upon request. All orders will clearly display: Recipient information, Waybill code, and an attached Invoice for value verification.

4. Handling Damage During Transit

WISE KING & SON remains primarily responsible for handling transit issues, whether shipped by our team or a third party.

  • Customers: Have the right to refuse the package if there are visible signs of external damage.
  • Action: We will support returns or refunds according to policy and work directly with the carrier for compensation.

5. International Shipping

We provide global shipping services from Vietnam:

  • Methods: Air Freight (3–10 days) or Sea Freight (20–40 days).
  • Notice: Customers must provide accurate information for customs clearance. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. Insurance (1% – 3% of product value) is highly recommended for high-value items.
