Immediate action: Remove all
items inside (for example, wallet or bag contents).
Gently blot the surface: Use a
clean, dry cloth or soft cotton fabric to absorb all visible moisture without rubbing harshly.

To ensure your custom strap fits perfectly and
comfortably, provide two main sets of measurements: lug dimensions (lug width & buckle width) and strap length. With a few simple steps
and basic tools you can achieve the precision required for a bespoke strap.
Tools required
- A ruler with mm markings, or a measuring tape
that reads in mm. - A caliper if available for higher accuracy.
A. Determine STRAP DIMENSIONS
(mandatory — in mm)
- Lug Width: measure the
clear distance between the two lugs where the strap attaches. Record in
millimeters. - Buckle Width: measure the
inside width of your current buckle if you plan to keep it. Record in
millimeters.
B. Determine STRAP LENGTH (based on
usage)
Scenario 1 — Keep current length
(existing strap fits well): Remove
the old strap. Measure both pieces separately:
the long end (with holes) and the short end (with buckle). Measure from lug end
to strap tip (exclude the buckle body). Record in mm.
Scenario 2 — Order a new strap or
change length: Measure your
wrist circumference where you normally wear your watch. Record in centimeters (cm) — or directly in
mm if possible. We will calculate optimal long/short end lengths based on wrist
size, watch case diameter, and your preferred fit.
Practical fit tips
- For a snug fit: We will adjust the total
length to be approximately 5
mm shorter than the neutral calculation for a refined and secure
feel. - For a more relaxed fit: We can add 5 mm to the length for
increased flexibility and comfort.
Critical note: A 1 mm
error in Lug Width can make a strap incompatible. Prioritize accurate
measurement or send photos/videos for verification.
